11) Don’t use your smartphone while charging: -
Do you have ever wondered why phone manufacturers make such sort of charging cables? Do they want to save your money? No it’s not true. They do this because they don’t want you to use the phone while charging. They actually discourage the idea of charging and using phone at the same time. Because when you do this, it affects the battery life. Most of the batteries have a limited battery life and charge cycle. If you use it while charging, it will reduce your battery life.

12) Download music, video etc. directly in your SD Card: -
You must save media files such as music, video streaming online can eat into your data plan and cost you a lot of money. You can save your data and money if you directly download as many as your favorite media in your SD Card instead of streaming them online. You may not have a good data connection everywhere to stream them online.

13) Use your smartphone’s camera to check your remote: -
If your remote is not working properly, you can check your remote using your smartphone. You can use this trick to check if your remote control’s battery is dead when it stops working. Because our eyes can’t see it but digital camera can. A smartphone’s camera is sensitive to IR radiation. If you want to try it for yourself just use a common IR remote control. The infrared beam emitted when a button is pressed will show as white or purple light.

14) Use aeroplane mode to speed up charging: -
Just like everyone else you may want to charge your phone as quickly as possible. Usually aeroplane mode is used while travelling by an aeroplane. But you can use this function for a special trick.
